Painting has been the heartbeat of Kathleen's life for as long as she can remember. Her goal in art is to paint with an honest vision, expressing from her heart the joy and beauty of creation, and the depth of God's love for the work of His hands.

Kathleen is currently a member of the Los Gatos Art Association, and CIVA (Christians in Visual Arts). She is also an art teacher offering both individual and group lessons. Kathleen recently illustrated her husband Charlie's first published book, "The Divine Dance".

Kathleen was raised in Sunnyvale, and though she has lived in Belgium, Washington D.C., and Oregon, she is grateful to once again call the Bay Area home. She lives in Los Gatos with her husband Charlie, and their three children, Michael, Charlotte, and Christopher. Kathleen enjoys working in several media, including watercolors, oils, and pastels. The Masters of Impressionism provide her with inspiration in the areas of technique and composition, while the lively colors of Matisse and Chagall breathe life and light into her subject matter.
